hmm, today is my nite shift, 6/5/2010, on the thursday nite....okie i reach the ward at about 82opm even though my werk start at 9pm btw we take repport after taking report, we went to treatment ro0m to top up things dan after dat now 11pm feeding of NGT feeding...after feeding, dan sit down update ADL chart dan after dat, i went to change diapers for patient...dan afer finish changing we take parameter the blood pressure and tempreture lor...hmm dan after dat we update the chart agn and dan....after dat its time 12midnite, my fren and i decided to go qi ji to buy drink and food to eat so went thr lor...dan after dat we go back to the ward and dat sit down thr and eat dan, after eating, we sit down thr lor hmm look after the patient but at that tie is ordy free hmm dan at 3am i slept for awhile dan until 330am i feel giddy coz i cnt stand ordy siting on the chair to slp....dan oh now is 4am and we start to bath patient, while bathing the patient this aunty WONG i hate her haiz she is too much oways slp till overtime the break iss onli for 1 hr but she went to slp until 2 to 3 hours dan still dun wana wake up....ok while we ordy start bathing patient but and she nid to change bedsheet but dan nvr is i bath ler patient i at the same time change...dan she came to me in a stupid face dan i so angry she say since i giddy dan i change bedsheet and ask me dun bath patient why....and i dun care and i continue bath patient she dun hv the rite to teach me wat to do...dan when shower patient dat patient is on MRSA case dan nid to throw the linwer in red bag but i throw wrong than she cant tok proberly she think she very clever...haiz hate her...dan my fren shower 1 patient on MRSA and use normal comot but dan nid to use the comot with yellow sticker but dan she use wrong i oso but she say our eyes got stamp wth....she think wat...if she think she is clever dan ask her to do la ... i will stop her chat agn...
